* Adds a HUD that lets player control time and choose selected tool
* Adds a win/loss scenario
* Adds a limit to the amount of tools player can use
* Adds new animations for spawning frog and frog reaching goal
* Updates cursor to be more user friendly and show which tool will be placed and which tiles are invalid and removable
